2011 Drama Camp Starts in June

Do you have a child that loves to pretend? Do you have a "drama queen"? How about a shy child that needs to be encouraged to speak out more? If you do, don't miss the signup dates for the two weeks of Drama Camp this summer. The dates for the camps are June 6-10 and June 27-July 1. Children ages 5 to 9 will attend camp in the morning from 9:00 am to noon. Children ages 10 to 14 will attend in the afternoon from 1:00 to 4:00. The cost for the camp is $25 per student, and this includes a camp t-shirt, daily snacks, and all craft supplies.
Registration will begin on Monday, May 2nd at the office of Pam Veader, State Farm Insurance, at 41 S. Center Street in Winder (770-867-1679). You can pick up blank forms starting April 20th at her office or you can request them by e-mail at pam@pamveader.com. All forms must be printed, signed, and turned in at Pam's office along with the money. All forms must have original signatures on them because of the medical forms so they can not be accepted by fax or e-mail. Camp dates will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. After the slots are filled, then a waiting list will be started for each week.
Auditions for our summer children's show, "Sinbad", will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 11:00 am at the Winder Cultural Arts Center at 105 E. Athens Street in Winder. No prepared material is required for the audition, and we hope to see you there.
