"Arsenic & Old Lace" Cast Announced
Published on: September 29, 2015
Winder-Barrow Community Theatre is excited to announce the cast of the final Main Stage Play for 2015. Arsenic and Old Lace by Joseph Kesselring is a hilarious comedy that will tickle your funny bone. The story of two charming and “innocent” old maid aunts who populate their cellar with the mortal remains of their “acceptable” roomers, the antics of their nephew who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt, and the return of another nephew with villainous habits will make for an enjoyable evening. Directed by Terri Duffield and Jennifer Hoff, this show will be presented on two weekends in October starting on October 16th. The Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 pm, and the Sunday matinees are at 3:00 pm at the Colleen O. Williams Theater in Winder, GA.
Tickets can be purchased at two locations. Advance prices are $10 for seniors (55 and older), students, and teachers and $12.50 for adults. For credit card orders please call the City of Winder Customer Care Center at 770-867-3106 (prompt one for event ticket sales). Purchases with cash or check can be made at the Customer Care Center as well as Pam Veader’s State Farm Insurance office at 41 S. Center Street in Winder (770-867-1679). Tickets purchased at the door are $13 or $15 so save money now by purchasing your tickets in advance.
Part of the proceeds from this show will be donated to the Piedmont Rape Crisis Center which serves several local counties. WBCT always donates a portion of the profit from each of their shows to local community nonprofit groups to help support other community needs.
