Published on: November 8, 2012
Winder-Barrow Community Theatre recently donated $150 to Come Alive Ministries as a part of the WBCT Community Service Program. A portion of the proceeds of each show is donated to a local nonprofit group to help with their program of service. Come Alive Ministries Pregnancy Care Center was established in 1990 and is a community outreach giving hope and offering a wide variety of services in a caring and non-judgmental environment. It is funded by donations from businesses, individuals, and churches. Some of the services they offer include pregnancy tests, ultrasound referrals, adoption referrals, abstinence education, and educational classes on prenatal care, child birthing, and parenting skills.
